Curaits is an AI-assisted visual decision service. Decisions, explanations, product suggestions and visualisations are generated by AI and are provided as assistance only. They are not guarantees, professional advice, or a promise of any particular outcome.

• —Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Always use your own judgment.
• —Product information, prices, availability and merchant details can change at any time and may be out of date.
• —Visualisations are AI-generated previews. Real proportions, colours, materials and appearance may differ from what you see.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display that content only to the extent needed to operate Curaits for you — for example to generate a decision or a visualisation, to show your history back to you, and to display a decision you choose to share.

You are responsible for the content you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful material.

When you create a share link, anyone with that link can view the shared decision, including any uploaded photos or generated visualisations you chose to include. Share links are unlisted, not private. Only share them with people you trust.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Some Curaits features are free and some are part of a paid plan; paid plans are described at checkout. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, abuses the service, or attempts to circumvent usage limits or security controls.

We aim to keep Curaits available and working well, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and AI providers or connected stores may be temporarily unavailable. We do not commit to a specific uptime level.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for purchasing decisions you make based on Curaits output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for death, personal injury, or intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process and how you can export or delete it.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary with competent jurisdiction under applicable Hungarian procedural law, except where mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
