Curaits provides an AI decision and recommendation layer for your store, including a Shopify app and theme extension. By installing the app you authorise Curaits to access your store using the scopes you approve during installation, and to sync your product catalogue so recommendations reflect available products.

We use catalogue data (products, variants, availability, imagery and descriptions) to match products to shopper questions, to enrich product understanding, and to keep the catalogue in sync. Catalogue data remains yours.

You control merchant knowledge, brand guidance and category restrictions in the merchant portal. Curaits applies these settings to recommendations. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you enter.

Recommendations and visualisations are AI-generated and provided as assistance. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and visualisations are previews rather than accurate renderings of a product in a real space.

• —Each plan includes a monthly allowance of shopper decisions and, where applicable, visualisations.
• —Usage is metered per billing period and recorded per store.
• —Where overage is enabled for your account, usage beyond the included allowance is authorised by you and billed accordingly.
• —You can set a spending cap. When the cap or the allowance is reached and overage is not authorised, metered features stop until the next period or until you raise the cap or upgrade.

• —Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• —Cancelling sets your subscription to end at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then; we do not refund part-periods unless required by law.
• —Uninstalling the Shopify app ends catalogue sync and the storefront experience. Handling of store data after uninstall follows Shopify's mandatory data-request and data-erasure webhooks, which Curaits implements.

Curaits records store-scoped activity so you can see decisions, product clicks and visualisations attributed to your store. You see aggregate activity for your own store only, never a shopper's history in other stores or their personal taste profile. Shopper personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Curaits does not guarantee any level of conversion, revenue, traffic or other commercial outcome. Reported metrics describe measured activity, not promised performance.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not commit to a service-level agreement, dedicated support hours or a specific uptime target unless separately agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Curaits is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Merchant Terms are governed by Hungarian law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary with competent jurisdiction under applicable Hungarian procedural law.
